Well, to answer your question, it's because they ARE better than us. They weren't born into the corporation, therefore, the law doesn't really recognize them as they are NOT employees (citizens) of the nation (corporation). They get the housing, medical care, etc., free of charge because the employees of the corporation are paying for it. You've heard the phrase "it takes money to make money"? Well, this is a perfect example of investing. The goverment is "investing" in these foreigners (partly due to the fact that the educational system in your country sucks as bad as it does in America) and in turn, these people will have children who will be citizens who in turn shall have no rights either.
As far as them being forced to speak English, it is better for the government to have the population divided as much as feasibly possible (short of starting a "civil war"). A divided population will keep the masses "occupied" with each other so that they don't really pay much attention to garbage that's being enacted in the legislature. It's a magician's trick. The fact of the matter is that your government, like mine, owes no allegiance to its citizens whatsoever (dispite what you've been taught in school). Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that's just the way it is.
