It would seem that John McCain's selection of Alaska Govenor Sarah Palin as his Vice President running mate is exactly what he needed to make himself competitive against Barack Obama. So, let's take a moment to see what makes Governor Palin so "special".
Sarah Palin, by all appearances, is a true conservative -- pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, and is critical of the invasion of Iraq (once calling it a "war for oil"). Supposedly, she belives that there should be drilling for oil in Alaska and throughout the United States and critical of the federal government for allowing America to become dependent upon foreign oil for its energy needs. She's even heaped praises upon Ron Paul -- the Republican that Republicans love to hate. So, you're probably thinkin', "OK. So what's wrong with her?".
Well, basically, she's everything that John McCain isn't. Here's the problem: How can a principled conservative support the policies and actions of an unprincipled globalist (fascist) such as John McCain? As Vice President, Palin would be required to promote and defend McCain's big-government, liberal, and globalist plans (continuation of the Bush agenda). For example, what do you think she would do if John McCain were to propose amnesty for millions of illegal aliends (which he most likely will do if elected)? What if McCain were to close gun shows, or at least the private sale of firearms at gun shows? What if he were to propose to increase federal spending for abortion providers (which he has done on numerous times in the past)? What would she do if he should promote federal spending for embryonic stem cell research? What would she do when John McCain proliferates Bush's police state machinations by expanding the Patriot Act and similar legislation? What would Palin do when McCain decides to nuke Iran (and who knows what else), not only without a congressional Declaration of War, but also without provocation or justification? What would she do if John McCain expands the North American Union (Prosperity Partnership with Canada and Mexico)? What would she do if John McCain allows the United Nations to dictate and manipulate America's foreign policy?
We must face the fact that John McCain is using Sarah Palin as inducement to trick conservatives into accepting his liberal, big-government, globalist (fascist) candidacy. Unfortunately, it seems to be working, too.
Todays national leaders (members of Congress, Governors, etc.) seem to be the most gullible people on the planet. Desperate to be invited to sit at the "king's" table, it would almost seem that they are willing to compromise practically every principle they have. Accepting John McCain as a presidential candidate isn't just a bitter pill, but it's also a big pill -- and not one easily swallowed, either. That's where Governor Palin comes in: sweet syrup to help conservatives swallow John McCain's bullsh*t.
Unfortunately, the things that seem to make Governor Palin so attractive (her conservative principles) are the things that she will be forced to surrender in order to be John McCain's running mate. The best thing that could happen is for her to lose the Novemeber election. This would allow her to go into the 2012 elections as perhaps the Republican Presidential frontrunner. Should John McCain win in November, Palin will be forced to serve at the pleasure of this globalist bast*rd for four years (providing he isn't killed first), and her reputation will be forever ruined as a genuine constitutional conservative. No one can serve two masters and, therefore, she cannot be faithful to the Constitution and a constitutional apostate such as John McCain at the same time. That is an absolute impossibility.
The people need to wake up to the depth of duplicity and wickedness that permeates Washington politics (in both major parties). There is
nothing that these globalist (fascist) b*stards in the Council of Foreign Relations (of which John McCain has been a long-time member) will not do to fulfill their power-mad plans (George W. Bush was also a member). There is nothing too sinister, too evil, or too iniquitous (including using, abusing, "chewing up and spitting out" people such as Sarah Palin). What's worse, and even more disgusting, is the fact that the American people are too bind, or too stupid, to see it.
